Foreign Trade Zone

Mill Run Business Park has applied for Foreign Trade Zone status (FTZ) from the United States government.  This special designation, provided by Executive Order of the President, allows for favorable tariff schedules in very specific commercial areas.  FTZ status supports companies importing materials for the manufacture of finished products within the United States.

The Mill Run Business Park application for Foreign Trade Zone status is endorsed by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors.  Additionally, Mill Run Business Park is partnered with the Mid-Atlantic Global Trade Consortium as a part of its application.
